Sensei Feri Takacs
2nd Dan (Nidan)
I first started martial arts with Zen Bu Kan Kempo back in 1997 and I still remember that very first training to this day. I was hooked instantly. Up until then, I was a sickly child which quickly improved when I started attending regularly.
Kempo combines the best of striking, grappling, throwing techniques and weapons. Throughout my martial arts journey, my main style became International Bunbu Ichi Nihon Jiu Jitsu which added even more technique and complexity to the mix. Throughout the years I trained in Aikido and graded in Kyokushin Karate, Judo, Hanbo Jitsu and Kempo-Do. I have been teaching Jitsu for 22 years now and currently hold the titles of Renshi in Ju Jutsu and the Shibu-Cho Ju Jutsu (Branch National Chief instructor Ju Jutsu UK for ADIA). I also hold Go Dan in Jitsu, Ni Dan in Judo and Hanbo Jitsu and Sho Dan in Kempo-Do. Join me on the mat at one of our locations.
